“Asta en cueva” presenta una serie de presencias arquetípicas que conectan con el imaginario personal de la artista, para acercarnos a la genealogía de la figura mitológica de Baubo a través de la acción simbólica y el conjuro.
Trasmuta el cuerpo en Pan, el fauno: hacia fuera
Reclama el hueco en Eco, la ninfa; desde dentro
La fuerza de león que contempla y ruge
El ojo que mira hacia dentro y hacia fuera
Tomar conciencia transitando la profundidad abisal
Las bocas tapadas no aúllan
Conocer los demonios, enfrentarlos y reconciliarse con ellos
Mostrar, ofrecer, agarrar y dominar las manos: palmas, dorsos, dedos, uñas
Que te soplen dentro de la boca para recobrar el aliento
Recoger el aire para poder soplar de modo circular
Resurgir desde el gozo de resurgir
«Asta en cueva» presents a series of archetypal presences that connect with the artist’s personal imaginary, to bring us closer to the genealogy of the mythological figure of Baubo through symbolic action and incantation.
Trasmutes the body into Pan, the faun: outwards
Claims the hollow in Eco, la ninfa; from within
The lion’s strength that contemplates and roars
The eye that looks inward and outward
Becoming aware by transiting the abyssal depths
The covered mouths do not howl
To know the demons, to face them and to reconcile with them
Show, offer, grasp and dominate the hands: palms, backs, fingers, nails.
Blowing into your mouth to catch your breath
Collect the air to be able to blow in a circular way.
