Waiting for
WAITING: Oscilación, Parálisis, Escalada, Aceptación
Este proyecto es un estudio sobre la espera y sus consecuencias. Se divide en cuatro secciones que reflexionan sobre tres tipos de espera y su posible aceptación.
OSCILACIÓN:
Serie de sketches realizados en lugares de espera.
Estos dibujos no comprenden la goma de borrar y se apoyan en el error para dar forma al imaginario inconsciente.
El acto de dibujar no ayuda a asimilar el momento presente, abstrayéndonos de las posible expectativas que genera un lugar o un encuentro.

This project is a study about waiting and its consequences. The project is divided in four parts where we can reflect about the three kinds of waiting and its possible acceptance.
OSCILLATION:
Drawings made in wait places realized from random. This act of draw do not understand the eraser and that rely on the error to give way to the unconscious imaginary. These help us to assimilate the moment present, that separate us to the possible expectative that we imagine about a place or a meeting.
PARÁLISIS:
“Esperamos por otro, exigiendo en directo que se haga sin dudar nuestra voluntad adulterada. Lo incoherente de la escena es que la espera no existe en sí.”
El proyecto constó de dos performances, acompañadas de instalaciones específicas para los diferentes lugares, que contenían el número de teléfono de la performista. La acción consistió en esperar que el espectador desconocido llamará al número expuesto, mientras se confeccionaba un mapa analizando las reacciones y emociones que se iban sucediendo.
PARALYSIS:
“We wait for others, demanding live that our tampered will is done without hesitation. The incoherent part of the scene is that waiting does not exist in itself.”
This project is about the waiting for the rescuing call, the desired call which we don’t know if it’s will be answered. The proposal was two performances with specific installation for the different places. These installations were building with the phone number of the performer. The actions consisted of wait to some unknown observer to call this number, during the performance the artist drew a map to analyze her reaction, topics, etc.

The audience transited the exhibition through a text writing by Irene Alonso, about the spaces and emotions of the act of waiting.
